Delivery Fee: Any charges incurred for delivering products to you.
GST: Goods and Services Tax in Australia.
Order: A customer request to purchase products via the website.

• Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

5. Cancellation and Returns

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of submission.
• Custom-printed products are not returnable unless defective.

6. Faulty Product

• Defective products must be reported immediately with photo evidence.
• Faults due to misuse or negligence are not covered.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
• Our liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund of goods.
