• Non-Customized Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
• Return Shipping: Costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
